I know you might be hesitant to buy another kitchen appliance but this is a 12 in 1. I was going to buy an instant pot and an air fryer but was able to get just this one instead AND sell my old slow cooker since it does that as well! So it can actually save on space! You can also dehydrate, roast, make yogurt, sauté in the same pan, etc.

Lodge Pre-Seasoned Cast Iron Skillet

Buying one of these really upped my kitchen game! There's a learning curve but it's unmatched for even heating and you can also use it for stovetop to oven recipes.
