Welcome to Thriving With Littles!

I’m Rachel Sebring and I’m so glad you’re here!

Join me as we step out of survival mode and truly thrive - not after our kiddos get a bit older and more self-sufficient, but NOW during this current season of life.

Parenting littles is hard.

Trust me, I know. I have four energetic, sassy girls ages 3, 5, 6, and 8.

My house is often pure chaos but there’s also lots of love, joy, and laughter in our house. I wouldn’t have it any other way!

I also have a pretty amazing husband, whom I call Hubby about 99.9% of the time. But if you must know, his real name is Lane.

He makes me laugh every single day. He is my best friend and we complement each other so well!

A few other things about me:

I am INTP on Myers-Briggs and type 5 on enneagram. Which basically means I love reading, learning, and researching ALL THE THINGS!

I have an undergrad degree in Psychology with a minor in Family Studies.

I was a financial analyst at a big law firm in Washington, DC for several years.

I grew up in the Washington, DC area and lived there all my life until we moved to Knoxville, TN in 2017.

I have an almost-completed Masters in Human Services Counseling - Marriage & Family Therapy on pause currently because... well... life! But I love sharing all the concepts and knowledge on here to benefit you lovely mamas!

My passions are infant sleep, child development, learning ways to strengthen marital relationships, communication techniques, and finding hacks to make things run more efficiently, thus making my life easier!

Other things I love:

I enjoy silly dance parties in the kitchen with my kiddos, traveling to tropical locales, sunny days, live comedy shows, wine, cooking healthy meals and then eating my weight in chocolate, lifting weights to balance it all out, and my guilty pleasure of mindless reality tv shows.

Now that you know a bit about me, I want to know about YOU!
